As the CRM Administrator, you will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related Microsoft platforms. This is not simply a back-end administrative role; the CRM Administrator will work closely with sales and operational teams to drive adoption, improve workflows, and support business performance through technology. The ideal CRM Administrator will combine strong technical configuration skills with excellent communication and stakeholder support abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
