Key Responsibilities
- Lead Process Improvement
- Draft and review Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Oversee and ensure timely, successful deployment of customer solutions
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and status updates
- Oversee the technical and operational aspects of critical facility infrastructure
- Produce and maintain monthly reports, operational metrics, and compliance documentation
- Provide advanced technical support during customer integration
- Respond rapidly to and resolve facility issues
- Supervise and mentor facility operations staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data center facility operations and management
- Proven supervisory and team leadership skills; experience managing technical teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred; equivalent training and experience considered
- Strong knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and networking technologies
- Advanced understanding of industry standards, codes, and procedures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Data center industry experience required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
