Critical Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Process Improvement
• Draft and review Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Oversee and ensure timely, successful deployment of customer solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and status updates
• Oversee the technical and operational aspects of critical facility infrastructure
• Produce and maintain monthly reports, operational metrics, and compliance documentation
• Provide advanced technical support during customer integration
• Respond rapidly to and resolve facility issues
• Supervise and mentor facility operations staff
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in data center facility operations and management
• Proven supervisory and team leadership skills; experience managing technical teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred; equivalent training and experience considered
• Strong knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure and networking technologies
• Advanced understanding of industry standards, codes, and procedures
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Data center industry experience required

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)
