About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to expand our network in Charleston and surrounding areas of West Virginia. • Provide on‑site crisis support to organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of West Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist)
• Minimum of a master’s degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C’s Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training (training provided at no cost if needed)
