About the role
R3 Continuum is seeking a diverse and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Burlington and surrounding areas in Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
- Work independently on a case-by-case basis with flexible scheduling.
- Utilize comprehensive crisis response trainings provided by R3C.
- Report cases through a simple electronic system via R3C’s mobile app.
- Receive personalized support and supplemental income.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the State of Vermont (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
- A minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
- Willingness to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training.
Qualifications
To ensure a smooth transition, R3C will provide training at no cost if you do not possess a required training listed above.
