You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of North Carolina (LPC, LACS, LMFT, LCSW or Psychologist)
• English and/or Spanish speaking
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training; if you do not possess such training, R3 will provide it at no cost.
