About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Report cases through a simple electronic app.
• Receive supplemental income as an independent consultant.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Florida (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willingness to complete R3C's crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
