About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking Spanish-speaking behavioral health professionals to support organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees
• Work independently on a case-by-case basis
• Receive comprehensive crisis response trainings

Requirements

• Bi-lingual - Spanish Speaking
• Independently licensed in the State of Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist)
• Master's degree in mental health
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
• Willingness to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or have proof of approved CIR training

• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care
• Experience with mobile app reporting
