About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Work independently on a case-by-case basis.
• Report cases via a simple electronic app.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the state of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Complete R3C's crisis response training or have proof of approved CIR training.
