About the role

R3 Continuum is seeking behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.
• Work independently with flexible scheduling.
• Receive personalized support through R3C's mobile app.
• Report cases electronically via the mobile app.
• Gain supplemental income through this independent consulting role.

Requirements

• Must be independently licensed in the State of Alabama (LPC, MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• A minimum of a master's degree in mental health is required.
• Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000 is mandatory.
• Willingness to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training is necessary.
• If lacking a training, R3 will provide free training.
