Critical Care Physician - Locum Tenens Coverage

Position Overview

This inpatient ICU role requires a board‑certified MD to provide critical care coverage in Utah. The role involves inpatient care in a structured setting with a focus on adult critical patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive monitoring and management of adult ICU patients.
• Support clinical staff with advanced critical care procedures.
• Be available on‑site during day shifts.
• Be on call at night with a 30‑minute response time and respond promptly to night call requests.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certification in a relevant specialty.
• Experience with ICU procedures and adult critical care.
• Ability to respond within 30 minutes during night call.
• Strong clinical skills and capacity to work in a team environment.

Work Environment & Support

The facility maintains a fully staffed ICU with nurses, technicians, and clinical support staff. It utilizes Meditech and Patient Keeper systems.
