As part of the largest Critical Care organization in the U.S., you are supported by a national infrastructure and a collaborative culture that values your expertise. Whether practicing on-site or through Tele-ICU, you are empowered to make a meaningful impact in the lives of critically ill patients.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified Physician Assistant.
  • 2 years of experience as an independent provider in the ICU (with procedure logs).
  • Active Washington license and DEA preferred.
  • A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling

Day shifts are 5am-5am and 6am-6pm (block schedule). We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring team members achieve an outstanding work/family life balance.

Key Responsibilities

We care for medical, surgical, neuro, and cardiac ICU patients. We see diverse cases and high acuity, an ideal environment for those looking to care for all types of critically ill patients and perform ICU procedures.

Manage mechanical ventilation in collaboration with respiratory therapy.

The APP works collaboratively with daytime intensivists, nursing staff, respiratory therapists, consultants, and hospitalist team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based critical care services.
