Job Summary

Intensive Care Consortium (ICC Healthcare) is seeking a critical care intensivist to join the team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

About the Role

Qualified Candidates: Must be board certified/board eligible in Critical Care TN License or ability to obtain Broad knowledge and solid experience with all critical care patient populations including: cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, medical, and neuroInterest in Full Time, 15 shifts per month. mix of days and nightsBlock scheduling, 12 hour shifts3 MDs and 3 APPs during the day, 1 MD and 2 APPs at nightExcellent communication skills with collegial teamwork focus

Responsibilities

• Practice Cutting-Edge, Multidisciplinary Critical Care: Join a diverse team of CCM, Pulmonology/CCM, and Surgical/CCM physicians in our 77-bed ICU complex. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of cases across our specialized units, including the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU, Medical Surgical ICU, Cardiac Care Unit, and Neurocritical Care Unit.
• Be Part of an Elite Program: Work within a nationally recognized program that includes: A Society of Thoracic Surgeons 3-Star CABG site and an LVAD Accredited program. A Comprehensive Stroke Center. An ELSO Gold Center of Excellence, with 97 ECMO runs in 2024 and a burgeoning multidisciplinary ECPR program.
