Critical Care Intensivist

About the role

ICC Healthcare (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join the Trident Health System at Summerville Medical Center in Summerville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time day shifts in-house with night call from home
• Manage a 12-bed Medical ICU
• Participate in an incentive/benefits package including competitive compensation, excellent benefits, sign-on and relocation assistance, and 100% covered occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• Manage appropriate staffing models and flexible block scheduling
• Provide expert practice management including privileging, provider enrollment, and billing and collections
• Be part of an employed, W2 position

Requirements

• Critical Care Board certified or eligible - all critical care specialties will be considered
• Active South Carolina Licensure or ability to obtain

• Hardwiring of best practice evidence base protocols
• Streamlining the delivery of hospital wide critical care services
