Role Overview Provides direct patient care in a technically complex ICU environment, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach. Key Responsibilities Deliver top-of-scope nursing care according to the nursing process.Model proficiency through precepting and support ongoing education for new staff and learners.Contribute to patient safety and quality at the point of care.Support clinical education and competency validation in a specialized ICU setting. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.Minimum of 6 months ICU nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program.ACLS and BLS certification (BLS through AHA or Red Cross) required, with cards valid through sixty days of hire.Strong clinical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
