Responsibilities

• Mentoring students, serving as a role model, and facilitating their academic growth
• Applying teaching expertise using diverse methodologies to achieve learning outcomes
• Participating in curriculum assessment, continuous improvement, and updating course materials
• Engaging in scholarly activities, professional development, and leveraging advanced educational resources like Simulation Labs
• In clinical settings, overseeing student activities, clarifying expectations, assessing skills, providing feedback, and ensuring patient safety

Qualifications and skills

• Master's degree in nursing and professional RN licensure
• Minimum two years of direct patient care experience and at least one year in the teaching discipline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online learning management systems
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations
