Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver new medicines for serious diseases in areas of high unmet need
- Lead the medical and scientific strategy for product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on clinical development strategies
- Advocate for patient-centered care and support clinical trial participation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities
- Support the integration of medical insights into product development and commercialization
Qualifications
- PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent
- At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
- Proven track record in leading medical and scientific teams
- Experience in oncology and/or immunology research
- Strong understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
