Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver new medicines for serious diseases in areas of high unmet need
  • Lead the medical and scientific strategy for product development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on clinical development strategies
  • Advocate for patient-centered care and support clinical trial participation
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities
  • Support the integration of medical insights into product development and commercialization

Qualifications

  • PhD in Life Sciences or equivalent
  • At least 15 years of experience in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology
  • Proven track record in leading medical and scientific teams
  • Experience in oncology and/or immunology research
  • Strong understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
