Crisis & Triage Management - Full Time

About the role

Provide comprehensive ambulatory behavioral health services, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, case management, and psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate social work programs
• Offer telephonic triage, crisis management, and follow-up
• Coordinate admissions and discharges
• Conduct clinical assessments, risk evaluations, and crisis interventions
• Utilize evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, stress management, and family therapy
• Documentation of services and collaboration with clinical teams
• Provide services in high-stress situations, including over the phone

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work
• License as a Clinical Social Worker
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria
• Experience in diverse behavioral health settings, including primary care and emergency departments
