We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the description. Job title: 988 Crisis Specialist, Text/Chat Part-Time & Full-Time | Fully Remote (WA, AZ, OH, TX) $26.79/hour (+$2.00 per hour shift premium for graveyard shift) | Union-Represented (OPEIU) We need sections: - About the role: maybe the paragraph after "At Crisis Connections, we believe..." and "Why This Role Matters". Could combine. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You’ll Do". - Requirements: maybe "What We’re Looking For:" includes required qualifications and preferred experience. - Qualifications: maybe separate required qualifications? But we can combine. - Skills: maybe communication, multitask, etc. - Benefits: maybe union-represented, reimbursement for credential, accommodations? Not explicit benefits like health insurance. Might not include Benefits if not specific. - Pay: we have "$26.79 per hour (+$2.00 per hour shift premium for graveyard shift)". That's specific. - Schedule: "Multiple schedules available (part-time and full-time)". Also mention graveyard shift premium. So schedule info. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Our Commitment to Inclusion" is EEO-like; we should remove that. Also "Ready to Make a Difference?" is application instruction; remove. Also "Accommodations are available upon request." Might be considered inclusion but maybe keep? It's not EEO but could be considered accommodation statement; but it's not boilerplate? Might be okay to keep under Benefits? But it's not a benefit per se. Could be under Requirements? Might be considered a note. Safer to drop as it's generic. We need to preserve all substantive information: job location restrictions, internet requirements, smartphone MFA, quiet workspace, headset, computer skills assessment, union-represented, pay, schedule, responsibilities, required qualifications, preferred experience, technology & work environment. Let's structure:

About the role

At Crisis Connections, we believe that every person deserves compassionate, accessible support during their most difficult moments. As a 988 Crisis Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in providing life-saving emotional support to individuals experiencing mental health crises-right when they need it most. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is transforming how people access mental health support. In this role, you will be a trusted voice for individuals reaching out via chat or text, offering hope, connection, and practical support during moments of distress. Our approach centers dignity, respect, and non-judgment—meeting people where they are and helping them move toward safety and stability.

Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic, nonjudgmental crisis intervention via chat and SMS text
  • Conduct suicide risk and behavioral health assessments and support de-escalation
  • Collaborate with on-shift clinicians to ensure safety when higher-level intervention is needed
  • Develop safety and action plans with individuals in crisis
  • Connect callers to appropriate community resources and crisis response partners
  • Accurately document interactions in the electronic health record
  • Follow established 988 Lifeline protocols and performance standards
  • Contribute to shared team goals for response times, availability, and quality care

Requirements

We’re seeking candidates who bring both skill and heart to this work.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of full-time behavioral health experience, or a combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s degree + 1 year Behavioral Health experience, Associate degree + 2 years Behavioral Health experience)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain focused and grounded during emotionally intense conversations
  • Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary of the probationary period (applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire; Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential)
  • Crisis intervention or suicide prevention experience
  • Behavioral health or contact center experience

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of the King County and Washington State public mental health system
But we said we should use only

for section headings, not

. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we cannot use

. We need to keep sections only with those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. We can combine Required Qualifications and Preferred Experience under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications as possible sections, we need to decide. We have content: Required Qualifications, Preferred Experience, Skills (communication, multitask, etc.), Technology & Work Environment (location, internet, smartphone, workspace, headset, computer skills assessment). Also Pay and Schedule. We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid empty sections. Let's assign: - About the role: introductory paragraphs. - Responsibilities: bullet list. - Requirements: maybe the required qualifications (education/experience, AAC credential, crisis intervention experience, behavioral health/contact center experience). Could also include required skills? But we have Skills section. - Qualifications: maybe the preferred experience (knowledge of King County etc.)? Or we could treat Qualifications as the combination of required and preferred? But we already used Requirements for required qualifications. Qualifications could be for "Preferred Experience". However the instruction says use headings exactly as given; we can decide to include Qualifications only if we have specific content. We have preferred experience, so we can put that under Qualifications. - Skills: communication, multitask, ability to remain focused, etc. Also maybe technology skills? But we have separate Technology & Work Environment; maybe that goes under Skills? But we could also put under Requirements? However we have a separate Skills heading; we can put communication, multitask, ability to remain focused, etc. Also maybe "Ability to sit and use a headset for extended periods" is more of a work environment requirement; could be under Skills? Might be better under Requirements or Qualifications? Let's think. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't say we must use all; we include only those with real content. We have content for Skills: "Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment. Ability to remain focused and grounded during emotionally intense conversations." Also maybe "Ability to sit and use a headset for extended periods" is more of a physical requirement; could be under Skills? Might be okay. Technology & Work Environment: location restrictions, internet, smartphone MFA, quiet workspace, headset, computer skills assessment. This could be under Requirements (as they are requirements) or under Skills? Probably better under Requirements as they are mandatory requirements. But we already used Requirements for required qualifications. Could combine. We need to avoid duplication. Let's design: - About the role: intro. - Responsibilities: bullet list. - Requirements: combine required qualifications (education/experience, AAC credential, crisis intervention experience, behavioral health/contact center experience) plus technology & work environment (location, internet, smartphone, workspace, headset, computer skills assessment). Also maybe "Ability to sit and use a headset for extended periods" could be here. - Qualifications: preferred experience (knowledge of King County and Washington State public mental health system). - Skills: communication, multitask, ability to remain focused. - Benefits: union-represented (OPEIU), reimbursement for AAC credential, accommodations available upon request? Might be considered benefit. Also maybe "Multiple schedules available (part-time and full-time)" is schedule, not benefit. Pay separate. - Pay: "$26.79 per hour (+$2.00 per hour shift premium for graveyard shift)". - Schedule: "Multiple schedules available (part-time and full-time)". Also mention graveyard shift premium? Already in pay. We must not include boilerplate like "Our Commitment to Inclusion". Remove. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not using. Now produce HTML fragment with only these sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we must not repeat same bullet. Let's craft. About the role: combine first two paragraphs: "At Crisis Connections, we believe..." and "Why This Role Matters". Also maybe include "As a 988 Crisis Specialist, you’ll play a vital role..." That's fine. Responsibilities: bullet list as given. Requirements: we need to list bullet points. Let's list: - High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years of full-time behavioral health experience, or a combination of education and experience (Bachelor’s degree + 1 year Behavioral Health experience, Associate degree + 2 years Behavioral Health experience) - Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period (applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire; Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the credential) - Crisis intervention or suicide prevention experience - Behavioral health or contact center experience - Must reside in Washington, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas - Reliable high-speed internet (wired connection required; no hotspots or satellite) - Smartphone capable of using Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - Quiet, private workspace suitable for confidential conversations - Ability to sit and use a headset for extended periods - A brief computer skills assessment is required as part of the hiring process That seems comprehensive. Qualifications (preferred): "Knowledge of the King County and Washington State public mental health system" Skills: "Strong verbal and written communication skills", "Ability to multitask across multiple software platforms in a fast-paced environment", "Ability to remain focused and grounded during emotionally intense conversations" Benefits: "Union-represented position (OPEIU)", "Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost of obtaining the Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential", "Accommodations are available upon request" (maybe keep as benefit). Also maybe "Multiple schedules available (part-time and full-time)" is schedule not benefit. Pay: "$26.79 per hour (+$2.00 per hour shift premium for graveyard shift)" Schedule: "Multiple schedules available (part-time and full-time)" Check for any leftover substantive info: The description also said "Part-Time & Full-Time" in title; schedule covers. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate: removed "Our Commitment to Inclusion", "Ready to Make a Difference?", "Apply today". Also removed "Technology & Work Environment" heading (we integrated). Good. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's write:
