We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support for individuals experiencing mental health emergencies. Responsibilities include responding to crisis calls, conducting risk assessments, providing brief crisis counseling, and connecting clients to community resources. You will meet clients in various settings, respond to emergency situations, document interactions, and collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and community partners. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related fieldPreferred minimum of one year experience working with mental health clientsKnowledge of community resources and relevant lawsStrong crisis assessment and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently, multitask, and build relationships with diverse populationsValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to respond within one hour in the service area Additional details: flexible on-call schedule with options for 8 or 16-hour shifts, including overnight and weekend shifts. Some daytime availability for meetings and training is required. Compensation includes hourly rates for crisis and non-crisis work, shift stipends, and opportunities for professional development.
