MaineHealth Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Response Worker I to function in crisis capacities, connecting clients with the appropriate level of care. This role provides immediate triage and access to crisis assessment, and assists in making connections to outpatient services when clinical and financial eligibility requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Connect clients with the appropriate level of care in crisis situations.
- Provide immediate triage and access to crisis assessment.
- Assist in connecting clients to appropriate outpatient services based on clinical and financial eligibility.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in a related field from an accredited program (required). Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (preferred).
- Current applicable state(s) MHRT/CSP certification required or must be conferred within three months of start date.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- One year of experience working with the assigned client population (required). Prior experience with the chronically mentally ill population (preferred).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.97 to $29.28 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
