Crisis Provider

About the role

Spurwink is hiring a Crisis Provider for its new Lewiston Crisis Center. The center provides a supportive environment for individuals aged 14+ with urgent behavioral health needs, offering stabilization, observation, assessment, and short-term intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person assessments and provide support and engagement.
• Facilitate referrals to community providers.
• Enhance personal development by supporting participants in personal activities and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ace or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• MHRT-CSP certified or eligible.
• Must obtain a provisional MHRT-CSP within one month of hire (training provided).
• Maintain required licensing and certification throughout employment.
• Current Maine driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
