About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our community outreach programs, coordinating with local organizations, and developing new partnerships to expand our impact.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop community outreach programs
  • Coordinate with local organizations to enhance collaboration and support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (social work, public health, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community development or social services
  • Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with community partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse populations
  • Knowledge of community-based initiatives and strategies
  • Understanding of social issues and their impact on communities

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
