About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our community outreach programs, coordinating with local organizations, and developing new partnerships to expand our impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop community outreach programs
- Coordinate with local organizations to enhance collaboration and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion of services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (social work, public health, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in community development or social services
- Proven ability to build and manage strong relationships with community partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Knowledge of community-based initiatives and strategies
- Understanding of social issues and their impact on communities

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, 40 hours per week
