Let's craft.
First, About the role: combine the first sentences: "We make a difference - in your community and in your career. Riverside is seeking a passionate Crisis Intervention Specialist (CIS) to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals!" Also maybe include the description about responsibilities? But we have separate Responsibilities.
So About the role: that intro.
Responsibilities: The description: "The Crisis Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing advanced skills in trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation, monitoring of the safety and security of the facility, and coordinating response to urgent and emergency situations. The CIS provides a therapeutic, calming, recovery-based, and pro-active presence in program. The CIS will assist leadership with safety drills, safety protocols, facility-related initiatives, may perform other person-served related support as interest and experience allows. Note: CBHC regulations require “security” positions 24/7, this role is a therapeutic, engaging presence and not a typical security guard role." Then the bullet list.
We could combine the paragraph and list.

Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Learn More About Our Benefits And Culture Our Benefits Our Culture Hear what employees think about working for Riverside!" That's promotional but we can include as part of Benefits? It's more about culture. But we already have Benefits section; we could include culture as part of Benefits? Might be okay. However the instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn More About Our Benefits And Culture Our Benefits Our Culture Hear what employees think about working for Riverside!" is not boilerplate but promotional; we could keep as part of Benefits or maybe as a separate section? There's no specific heading for Culture. We could incorporate into Benefits as a bullet: "respectful and inclusive environment; Forbes named Riverside a best-in-state employer". The rest is fluff. We'll keep only substantive benefits: healthcare, professional development opportunities, generous time off, respectful and inclusive environment, Forbes best-in-state employer.
Now check for duplicated lines: The posting repeats "The Crisis Intervention Specialist may perform other person-served related support as interest and experience allows including, but not limited to:" then list. We'll not duplicate.
Now produce HTML.
We must not include any extra text outside HTML.
