Responsibilities
- Hold primary responsibility for efficient day-to-day functioning of the crisis unit and for the quality of care of the services rendered
- Provide supervision and coaching to direct care staff
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Master's (MA/MS) degree in mental health related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in a mental health related field plus one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting with crisis experience
- Current screener certification
- Valid Driver's License required
