About the role

This position provides nursing services within the agency’s Crisis Diversion department and serves as a liaison to community partners with whom we share patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical assessments
• Administer refills and injections under physician direction
• Maintain electronic health-record charting
• Set up, monitor, and coach patients on medication in both office and community settings

Requirements

• Licensed or immediately eligible for Registered Nursing licensure in Kansas

Pay

$59,488 per year.
