About the role

Our Mission is to continuously improve the health and independence of the person we serve, and in addition to ready access to care in the time of crisis, MCOT also provides follow‑up services which may include case management, individual and group skills training, Person‑Centered Recovery Planning, supported housing/employment, discharge planning, and linkage to ongoing services.
