About the role
MRSS: A Mobile Mental Health Evaluation Team serving youth and young adults through age 21 experiencing dangerous mental health issues. Works Wednesday - Saturday, 4 am - 2 pm.
Compensation
The initial compensation for this position ranges from $87,225 - $107,275 per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations. Possible additional compensation includes an 8% license differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD., and select peer certifications, and up to 7.5% bilingual differentials for qualifying direct service roles, and up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles. Schedule
Works Wednesday - Saturday, 4 am - 2 pm, 40 hours a week, 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field with two years of supervised clinical experience as a practicum student intern, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education).
- Licensed according to California state law (Welfare and Institutions Code section 5600.2) or become licensed within the designated time frame determined by the program.
- Registration with the BBS or BOP required.
- If the program requires, the employee must pass an initial physical abilities test (PATS) and be certified in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.

Physical Requirements
- Must remain physically fit enough to keep clients self-safe.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

- Requires full background check and TB exam.
