Crisis Center Medical Technician - PT

About the role

Crisis Center Medical Technician positions at Clarvida are dedicated to providing direct medical and programmatic nursing care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This role involves participating in the client's healthcare education and overseeing medical care provided by other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct medical and nursing care to clients during behavioral health crises.
• Determine continued eligibility and develop a goal-directed plan of care for minor medical issues.
• Work with clients during the admission process to assess and manage their healthcare needs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement crisis intervention plans.
• Oversee the provision of medical care by other staff members to ensure safety and stabilization of clients.

Requirements

• ID EMS/EMT, LP, or RN license required.
• Experience working with severely, chronically, or mentally ill populations.
• Satisfactory results of ID DHW Enhanced Fingerprinting and background checks.
