About the role
The Crisis Bed Therapist provides clinical behavioral health services to clients in the Crisis Bed Program and carries a small outpatient caseload. This position includes providing individual, group, and family therapy, conducting psychosocial assessments, developing individualized discharge plans, and collaborating with other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Role in Crisis Bed Setting: Collaborate with the Crisis Bed Coordinator to ensure clinical standards are met. Conduct psychosocial assessments, provide therapy, develop discharge plans, and perform risk assessments.
- Functional Role in Crisis Bed Setting: Implement and monitor clinical needs, engage with community resources, make referrals, and consult with other agencies.
- General Responsibilities: Uphold professional standards, communicate effectively, and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Master's degree qualifying for licensure in Delaware as a LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or psychologist.
- Minimum of two years of relevant post-graduate experience.
