Criminal Law Paralegal
About the role
We're looking for a paralegal with litigation experience to be the backbone of our criminal law practice. You will manage all the details through each phase of litigation, including investigation, discovery, pleadings, and trial. You will work side by side with attorneys, assisting in depositions, preparing witnesses, and conducting research. You will help determine exhibits and prepare them for hearings and trials. Additionally, you will assist the attorneys you work with at each phase of litigation, in and out of court.
