About the role

The Criminal Justice Instructor position at Keiser University is responsible for teaching courses related to criminal justice studies.

Responsibilities

  • Teach criminal justice courses including but not limited to criminology, forensic science, and corrections.
  • Develop and maintain course materials and syllabi.
  • Maintain current knowledge of criminal justice trends and developments.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Criminal Justice or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • At least three years of teaching experience at the college level.
  • Experience in criminal justice research and practical applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills
