Responsibilities
As a Crew Pay Coordinator, your job is to perform all duties pertaining to crew payroll, including daily auditing and reconciliation of all crewmember pay. Familiarization with all rules and procedures set forth in the Pilot and Flight Attendant Policy Manuals regarding compensation.
- Audit each crewmember’s schedule daily to determine correct pay based on company work rules and other pay procedures.
- Adjust crewmember pay as necessary to reflect hours due.
- Provide quality assurance for all schedule changes and adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Take crew pay related phone calls and provide explanations as necessary.
- Keep an accurate record of all reserve crewmembers and complete monthly reconciliation.
- Maintain month-end reports for management.
- Research payroll correction inquiries and initiate payroll corrections promptly when required.
- Schedule adjustments may be necessary to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, primarily Excel
- 10 key proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (remote work not available)
- Must not have received a regret notice for the same position in the last 90 days
Pay
$15.50 per hour
Schedule
Four 10-hour days (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.
