About the role

Join Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise with 14 restaurants, as a Crew/Team Member. You will assist your team at one of our many locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg, working in the dining room or drive-thru.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru
• Take and ring up orders
• Prepare and store food ingredients
• Assemble food and beverage orders and verify their accuracy
• Handle payments and thank customers
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment

Qualifications

• Reliability is a must
• Some restaurant/retail experience (experience in serving customers) preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights (most drive-thrus open until midnight)
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Self-starter mindset
