Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate offerings in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and sell concessions such as beer, popcorn, and pretzels; prepare premade sandwiches.
• Collect payment from customers, using the POS system.
• Ensure customers are of legal drinking age by checking photo IDs.
• Use proper judgment and refuse service to patrons who are intoxicated or disruptive.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment and removing garbage.
• Maintain stock at required operational levels.
• Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• General knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
• Ability to complete basic food preparation tasks.
• Experience using standard restaurant equipment safely.
• Interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers.
• Ability to navigate situations requiring security intervention.
• Ability to learn POS register software used by the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
