About the Role

Compensation starts at $18/hour, combining a base wage of $14.00 with average tips of $4/hour earned at this location. Higher pay is available for experienced candidates. Multiple opportunities for raises and promotions are offered, along with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble crafted sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and care
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and dining area
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout the shift
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak rush periods

Requirements

• No prior experience required — training provided for the right candidate
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
