About the role

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise with 14 restaurants, is seeking energetic Crew/Team Members to assist at one of our many locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru
• Take and ring up orders
• Provide food service
• Handle payment and thank customers
• Prepare and store food ingredients
• Assemble food and beverage orders
• Verify order accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment

Qualifications

• Reliability is a must
• Some restaurant or retail experience (customer service) preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights (most drive‑thrus open until midnight)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Self‑starter who works well with teammates and accepts coaching
• Clean and tidy appearance and work habits

Starting at $12.00 per hour
