About the role

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. They receive direction from restaurant management and Little Caesars training materials to perform their job effectively.

Responsibilities

• Follow established procedures and use proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders.
• Be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and work at different stations as needed.
• Perform fundamental activities conducted on a daily or regular basis that impact the success of the restaurant.
• Additional tasks may be assigned as necessitated by business demands.
