Crew Member - Crossroads

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru.
• Take and ring up orders.
• Food service.
• Handle payment and thank customers.
• Prepare and store food ingredients.
• Assemble food and beverage orders.
• Check orders are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Team Member Qualifications

• Reliability is a must.
• Some restaurant/retail experience (experienced in serving customers, not required).
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (most drive-thru's open till midnight).
• Customer service skills with a smile!
• Self-starter.
