About the role

Wendy's of Western Virginia is a locally owned franchise with 14 fast‑casual restaurants in Roanoke and Lynchburg, seeking energetic Crew/Team Members to assist the team in‑person at one of our many locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive‑thru
• Take and ring up orders
• Provide food service
• Handle payment and thank customers
• Prepare and store food ingredients
• Assemble food and beverage orders and verify accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment
• Be friendly and helpful to customers and co‑workers
• Meet customer needs and resolve food or service issues
• Work well with teammates and accept coaching from management
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
• Communicate positively with customers, teammates and managers

Qualifications

• Reliability is a must
• Some restaurant/retail experience (customer service) preferred but not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (most drive‑thrus open until midnight)
• Customer service skills with a smile
• Self‑starter attitude
