About the role

Crew members perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties as directed by field managers. Prior industry experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape management duties as directed by field managers
• Operate various mowing and finishing equipment
• Perform labor functions including mulching and installation
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Participate in appreciation and celebration events
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

• Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs
• Must have a valid, clean driver’s license

Schedule

Typically 40–45 hours per week, Monday through Friday (some Saturdays in spring).
