About the role

The Crew Member is responsible for creating quality food and providing exceptional guest service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, cooking, packaging, and serving food for our guests in a timely fashion while following food safety and brand standards.
• Create a fun, fast-paced atmosphere for our guests by stating, "Welcome to Moe's!".
• Ensure that our guests are delighted with their order.
• Cleaning prep area, equipment, and assigned restaurant stations.
• Be on time for work, wear approved uniform attire, and maintain a friendly smile.
• Perform all other tasks as directed by the company leadership team.

Position Requirements

• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Possess valid documentation to work within the United States.
