Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy delicious food. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing high-quality customer service
• Preparing and serving food according to established procedures
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
• Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Qualifications for the position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
