Responsibilities
As a Crew Member at Flynn Wendy’s, your role involves ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and delicious food. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will also be expected to contribute positively to the team culture and help foster an inclusive environment.
Requirements
To succeed as a Crew Member, you should possess a friendly and approachable personality, along with strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Pay
Wendy's® Crew Members start at Minimum wage up to $16.13 per hour. Flexible schedules, same day pay, medical/dental/vision insurance (with eligibility requirements), tuition reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are also provided.
