About the role
Flynn Wendy’s is one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. We own and operate over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across multiple states and employ over 6,000 dedicated team members.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, depending on location.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast-paced service-oriented environment is a plus.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
