Crew Manager
About the role
White Castle, America’s first fast food restaurant, is seeking friendly, fun, and energetic Crew Managers. Ideal candidates have previous food service or management experience and possess caring, responsible, and trustworthy leadership qualities.
Responsibilities
- Organize shifts
- Handle cash
- Manage inventory
- Oversee customer service and satisfaction
- Motivate and lead the team
- Work the cash register and drive-thru
- Prepare orders
- Maintain sanitation
- Work the fryer/griddle and more
Requirements
- Love to smile, laugh, and have fun
- 1+ years of food service or management experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty
- Be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
- At least 18 years of age at the time of hire

Pay
The compensation, benefits, and perks for this role may vary based on average hours worked, location, and length of service. Pay Rate: $18.50 - $24.00 per hour.
