Crew Leader - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Supervise all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew
• Ensure all crew members have required safety material, training, and tools
• Complete a pre-trip inspection report each day
• Cookordinate with branch management, customers, and employees as needed
• Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed
• Safely drive crews to and from jobs

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Experience managing a crew consisting of laborers providing landscaping or related services
• Reliable transportation to the Branch or first job site
• Safe driving record and ability to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Report (“MVR”)
• Strong English communication skills
• Spanish a plus
