Crew Leader - Landscape Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor crewmembers for on-the-job training.
• Plan, schedule and supervise daily production activities on assigned contracts.
• Familiar with budgeted hours for each of your jobs.
• Monitor by reviewing job hours, reports, and job costs effectively.
• Foster relationships with onsite customers.
• Drive quality and efficiency.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues in the field with communication to customer.
• Promote extra work through time and material work orders.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and equipment following company’s guidelines and policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage internal team members with proper training on equipment.
• Experience working with customers and building relationships.
• Minimum one year experience performing commercial contract maintenance.
• Working knowledge of vehicles and equipment used in contract maintenance.
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
