About the role
The Crew Leader Enhancements role is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technicians to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project deadlines
- Communicate with clients to address concerns and provide updates
- Train and mentor new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a technical or engineering role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
