Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate and prioritize daily activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and coordinating with the warehouse management system.
• Organize and optimize the warehouse layout, ensuring products are stored in the most efficient and accessible manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control, to resolve issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Ability to work the shift (10:30 PM–7:00 AM, Sunday through Thursday) plus overtime when necessary.
• Full-time Wilson Associate.
• Previous experience with SAP RF Receiving.
• Previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan and execute daily schedules and priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail where accuracy is key.
• Ability to treat everyone with respect and professionalism.

Schedule
