About the role

Responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Works closely with clients to understand project requirements and ensures all work adheres to safety standards and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Oversee subcontractors and vendors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Communicate regularly with clients to maintain project progress and address concerns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction management experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of construction industry practices and technologies
